Midi:Nette is a small independent record label founded by the members of MALICE MIZER, with Mana as the main owner of the label, to release their first album memoire. Midi:Nette released other MALICE MIZER works until 1997, when they turned major, releasing through Nippon Columbia and the Maitrize sub-label.

In 1999 MALICE MIZER left Nippon Columbia and returned to Midi:Nette, which was renewed as Midi:Nette M.†.M ("midinette em croix em").

When MALICE MIZER went on hiatus at the end of 2001, Midi:Nette, managed by Mana as main producer, went on releasing the works of his new project, Moi dix Mois. Mana also signed to Midi:Nette a newborn Darkwave/Dark electro unit: Schwarz Stein, and produced their albums as well.

Recently, Midi:Nette's memorable website closed down, and was replaced by the Midi:Nette online shop. The actual status of Midi:Nette is not clear, since Mana released a new Moi dix Mois CD, Reprise, under a new label, called Maglaia.
